Return-Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the product back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from delivery date or your item can not be refunded. For exchanges, Shipping labels are purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.
If your product is damaged upon arrive, please take multiple photo's showing the damage and contact us at meghanmarsh@edenandelegance.com for next steps.
Items does not fit? We will be happy to offer in store credit, which will be added to your account within 10 days, once we have received the product. Shipping labels are purchased at buyers expense. Returns will not be accepted without tags, damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed prior to return.
If your return/exchange is accepted, buyers is responsible for returning the product and purchasing a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have 24 hours to respond to your exchange/refund request within the working hours of Monday - Friday. Please notify our team immediately if you have damages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Some items may not be in - stock, so a store credit may be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
